Chef Nathan's Magick Meals

Chef Nathan's winter warming is his favorite colorful tasty and very nicely priced at 50 cents a plate,  Tomato Mac dish.
Ingredients:
16 oz  Elbow Macaroni
64 oz can of tomato Juice

Combine tomato juice with macaroni in 8 quart soup pan, bring to a boil and cook until tender.

Its counter part is a hearty golden corn pone.

Ingredients:
1 cp. Water approx
3 cps. self rising cornmeal
1 tsp. oil
Pour oil into large cast-iron skillet and place into cold oven then Preheat oven to 375* with skillet inside.
In a mixing bowl combine Self rising Corn meal and water till it is the
consistency of cake batter.
